First Certificate in English (FCE) 16hr/wk
First Certificate in English (FCE) is an intermediate level Cambridge ESOL exam, at level B2 of the Council of Europe’s Common European Framework of Reference for Languages . Choose FCE if your knowledge of English is adequate for many practical everyday purposes, including business and study.
FCE is ideal if you want to work or study abroad or to develop a career which requires language skills (e.g. business, medicine, engineering). FCE indicates sufficient proficiency in English to be of practical use in clerical, secretarial and managerial jobs in many industries, in particular tourism, where contact with English speakers is required.
FCE is also useful preparation if you are working towards higher level exams, such as CAE (Certificate in Advanced English) and CPE (Certificate of Proficiency in English).

Course: FCE preparation courseI took a FCE preparation course in GISOEL and I must say that it was really a good experience, the school is different to other English schools that I’ve tried which can be sometimes boring. The course was focused in FCE so we worked with old exam papers and this kind of stuff but at the same time the methodology used in the school (based in PBL method) makes the classes interesting and allows you to improve your english skills by yourself which is, in my opinion, the best way for learning a foreign language.
